The **DComm Specialist** manages communication, processes, and interactions across the Digital Commerce channel between marketing and commercial teams, driving operational excellence to achieve market share objectives aligned with brand strategy. Supports the development of strategic commercial plans within the channel to guide and enable an impeccable shopper journey, accelerating brand growth at our customers’ points of sale (POS). **Key Responsibilities:** * Support business process management with customers, ensuring effective communication and proper alignment between sales, marketing, and other functions to optimise key business opportunities and achieve sales and profitability targets. * Support the development of category\-focused commercial strategies for the Digital Commerce (dComm) channel, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and account potential. * Conduct post\-implementation reviews (after\-action reviews) of digital media investments to ensure return on investment (ROA), sales uplift, and achievement of specific funnel\-stage objectives. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital trade promotions, verifying compliance with corporate objectives and ROI metrics. * Manage the A\&P budget for the dComm channel, ensuring delivery of financial commitments impacting the company’s P\&L. * Collect and assess best practices from Haleon in other countries to accelerate growth and drive innovation in Digital Commerce. **Why YOU?** **Your Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field * 3+ years of experience in commercial roles (sales, marketing, trade marketing) within consumer goods companies and in eCommerce/Digital Media * Strong understanding of the Digital Media and eCommerce landscape * Ability to influence others, build strong relationships, and thrive in a central role within a matrix organisation * Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills * Advanced English proficiency **Do you feel this could be your next career step?
