At **Talent Spot**, we are looking for a **Data Control Analyst** with expert-level proficiency in **Advanced Excel** and the ability to handle large volumes of data. We seek someone who is **meticulous, organized, and possesses strong skills in data handling, validation, and cross-referencing.** **Key Responsibilities:** Your role will be to ensure the integrity, analysis, and clear presentation of operational and administrative information. Your duties will include: * Reviewing and reconciling databases to identify errors or inconsistencies. * Cross-referencing and cleansing data from multiple systems or sources. * Preparing operational, administrative, and tracking reports in Excel. * Identifying duplicates, missing entries, or system errors. * Cleansing and correcting data. * Following up on identified observations. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field. * Experience managing **databases** (structuring, cleaning, and updating). * Proven experience in **data cross-referencing**. * **Advanced Excel** *(pivot tables, nested functions, lookup and reference functions, slicers, basic macros).* * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite**. * Proficiency in **Google Apps** (Sheets, Forms, Drive). **We Offer:** * Collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Major Medical Expense Insurance and Life Insurance. * Ongoing guidance and feedback. * Hands-on experience in real-world projects with key business information.
