




Job Summary: We are seeking a Support Engineer to ensure the availability and operational continuity of production applications by diagnosing issues and coordinating solutions. Our commitment to innovation and quality drives us to seek top talent to continue transforming processes through technology. **Objective:** Ensure the availability, stability, and operational continuity of Shopfloor production applications, serving as the first point of contact with Production, through advanced technical diagnosis of operating systems, log analysis, preventive monitoring, incident management, and coordination with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams, ensuring compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs). **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum experience in internships supporting production applications. * Database management using SQL. * Incident diagnosis. * Monitoring and operational continuity. **Management Skills:** * IT Service Management (ITIL) * Documentation and report generation. * Proficiency with ticketing system tools. **Technical Knowledge:** * Windows XP, 7, 8, 10 in production environments * Diagnosis and analysis of: Windows services, system processes, boot-up, and availability * Basic operating system administration. * Log analysis and diagnosis: Windows and SFIT applications. * Backup, virtualization, and recovery. * Knowledge of high-availability architectures * **Database query-level knowledge: SQL / Queries** * Backup tools (Acronis, Veeam) * Remote connection tools (NetSupport, others defined by client) * BCP/Continuity **Soft Skills:** * Results-oriented * Problem-solving * Adaptability * Effective communication * Self-directed learning * Collaborative teamwork * Planning, organization, and follow-up * Security-focused mindset * Continuous improvement **Certifications:** ITIL® 4 Foundation. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, rotating shifts * ***On-site: Silao, Guanajuato*** * Statutory benefits * Continuous training * Performance Management * Participation in high-impact projects within a leading corporate group.
