Hotel industry experience preferred At **DoubleTree \& Garden Inn by Hilton Santa Fe**, we are looking for a **Cook** passionate about hospitality and eager to work as part of a team, to join our culinary team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook food in accordance with Hilton standards, ensuring quality, presentation, and flavor. * Support mise en place and preparation for various meal services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, or room service). * Follow recipes, portion sizes, and procedures established by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef. * Maintain cleanliness and order at your workstation, complying with food hygiene and safety standards. * Inspect and report any issues related to products, utensils, or kitchen equipment. * Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role (hotel industry experience preferred). * Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and hygienic food handling. * Service-oriented attitude, teamwork skills, and quality focus. * Flexible availability for shift scheduling. **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Staff cafeteria and uniform. * Growth opportunities within the Hilton chain. * A warm, professional, and collaborative work environment.
