Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Communications Coordinator to manage the institutional image, develop communication plans, and implement media and alumni engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the institutional image and promote the school. 2. Develop and implement internal and external communication plans. 3. Create strategies for media outreach and alumni engagement. At Instituto Cumbres Bosques, we seek an organized, extroverted, patient, tolerant, and initiative-driven **Communications Coordinator**. **Responsibilities**: * Ensure proper use of the institutional image and produce promotional materials. * Develop and implement a communication plan, and effectively manage internal and external communication channels. * Manage a media strategy to cover school events and achievements. * Develop and manage an alumni engagement strategy. **Requirements**: * Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, design, advertising, or marketing. * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, and/or Design—preferably with experience in schools. * Proficiency in word processing software, graphic design, photography and video capture/editing, and strong verbal and written communication skills. * Advanced digital literacy, including social media usage and analytics. **Benefits**: * Statutory benefits plus enhanced benefits (7% savings fund, 30-day year-end bonus, major medical insurance, life insurance, 10% food vouchers, and retirement plan). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Monthly salary of $25,000.00 (pre-tax). * Performance-based bonus.
