Responsible and friendly collections **We are looking for Collections Agents to join a dynamic project in CDMX** **Are you interested in joining a team where empathy, negotiation, and customer service form the foundation of daily work?** **This is your opportunity to develop professionally, with full training and growth potential** **Work Mode: 100% on-site** **Location: CDMX, Col. Anzures** **Schedule: 6.5-hour shifts. Morning shift (08:00–14:30) and evening shift (14:30–21:00), with quarterly rotation. One rotating weekly day off** **(Students: fixed evening shift will be considered to accommodate studies)** **What We Look For In You:** * Completed high school education (certificate required) * Minimum 3 months’ experience in financial/banking product collections * Residency in CDMX (Col.
