Job Summary: We are seeking a Property Supervisor to manage Airbnb accommodations, performing supervision of cleaning, maintenance, inventory, and guest service. Key Highlights: 1. We are a property management company with presence in Mérida and the Yucatán coast. Due to expansion, we are seeking personnel for property supervision; our primary focus is on accommodations listed on the Airbnb platform. **Responsibilities** * Supervise cleaning in common areas and accommodations. * Report furniture defects or infrastructure damage to the maintenance department for resolution. * Monitor daily activity checklists. * Supervise laundry operations and conduct inventories jointly with the service supervisor. * Follow up on pending items reported by management. * Receive cash payments. * Inventory chemical cleaning products and cleaning supplies. * Restock kitchen utensils and missing garments in accommodations requiring them. * Address guest requests. **Profile** * Completed bachelor’s degree preferred in administrative fields or related disciplines. * Service-oriented attitude. * Personnel management experience (minimum 20 people). * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Initiative and productivity. * Decision-making ability. * Assertive communication. **Requirements** * Age: 30–45 years. * Experience: minimum 2 years. * Valid driver’s license.
