CEDIS TRAINING ANALYST Who are we looking for? * \*Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field. * \*Age: 25 years or older * \*Gender: Indifferent * \*Availability (Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:20 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM\) * \*1 year of experience in personnel training * \*Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, conducting DNCs (Needs Diagnosis and Analysis), participation in course design and planning, creation and application of dynamics and tools for improvement areas, delivery of courses to new hires, follow-up with new hires and promotions, supervision of personnel under responsibility, tracking of uniform distribution, monitoring departmental indicators, support for internal communication projects and tasks, Chedraui University, social, cultural, and sports events.
