We operate in CDMX, State of Mexico, Querétaro, Jalisco, and Colima. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Ensure 100% achievement of the branch’s sales targets through commercial strategies, customer service, and consistent use of social media and digital channels to attract potential customers. We seek a dynamic, active, and proactive manager who directly engages in generating sales, creating content, and growing the branch. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. * Lead and monitor the sales team. * Generate leads via Facebook, Marketplace, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. * Post motorcycles and promotions daily on social media and sales groups. * Create content and participate in videos to boost sales and the branch’s digital presence. * Promptly and effectively follow up on leads and potential customers. * Manage CRM and maintain accurate, timely customer tracking. * Provide personalized service on the sales floor. * Ensure an excellent purchasing experience for every customer. * Guarantee smooth operational and commercial functioning of the branch. **WE OFFER** * Base salary plus uncapped commissions. * Bi-weekly payments. * Bonuses from financing partners. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Ongoing, paid training. * A genuine opportunity for professional growth. * Job stability within a solid and expanding company. **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Saturday: 09:45–19:00 hrs. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and personnel management. * Experience in digital sales and social media. * Ability to create content and perform confidently on camera. * Experience in customer service and commercial follow-up. * Basic proficiency in Office and CRM tools. * Total focus on results and goal attainment. * Flexible availability for work hours. * Genuine interest in and affinity for motorcycles. * Gender-neutral.
