Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant with 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, ideally within an accounting firm, to manage accounting transactions, bank reconciliations, and support tax return filings for a diverse corporate group. Key Highlights: 1. 3 to 5 years of accounting experience; experience in an accounting firm is preferred. 2. Handling accounting transactions for a diverse group of companies. 3. Assisting with calculation and filing of monthly tax returns. Education: Accounting. 3 to 5 years of accounting experience; experience in an accounting firm is preferred. The responsibilities will be carried out within a group of companies comprising a real estate agency, a transportation company, a professional services provider, and two customs agencies, as listed below: * Collect all monthly accounting transactions generated by the companies. * Record operations conducted by each company related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, and payroll tax. * Perform bank reconciliations\- * Assist in calculating monthly tax returns for IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, and payroll tax. * Assist in filing informative returns with SAT and any other information requested. * Review, prepare, and submit electronic accounting records. * Calculate and record tax provisions for each company. * Record accounting entries (provisions, income, expenses, and journal entries). Required Skills and Competencies: * Attention to detail. * Strong sense of responsibility. * Teamwork. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
