If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- To support our exceptional teams creating excellent products and contributing to our growth, we are seeking a Production Supervisor located at **Guadalajara, North Campus** Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor role involves overseeing manufacturing operations conducted during a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they achieve volume, quality, and cost objectives. What a typical day looks like: * Monitoring and achieving production rate targets. * Personnel management (attendance, leave requests, vacations, activities, training, etc). * Work-in-process (WIP) control. * Material control (assembly kits and scrap). * Escalation of line stoppages. * Attending support meetings (Checkpoints). * Training plan for personnel under supervision. Experience we seek to add to our team: * Completed Engineering degree or Bachelor's degree. * Must be available to work all three shifts. * Proficiency in Office applications (Excel). * Essential knowledge of SMT and Backend processes. * Excellent personnel management skills. * 5S methodology.
