Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst with experience in supplementary account control, invoice validation, and report preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of supplementary accounts and advance payments. 2. Invoice validation and payment application in the ERP system. 3. Preparation of accounts payable reports and aging balance reports. Accounts Payable Analyst Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Main Responsibilities: Experience in controlling supplementary accounts (e.g., advances, bank credits, petty cash). Preparation and control of insurance certificates and advance payments. Validation and recording of supplier invoices in accordance with tax requirements and internal policies. Payment application in the internal ERP system. Obtaining and validating payment complements and aging balances. Preparation of accounts payable reports and aging balance reports. Etc. Skills: * ERP knowledge (mandatory). * Excel. * Analytical ability. * Problem-solving skills. * Service-oriented attitude. * Proactive.
