Summary: Seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale, high-complexity construction projects from structural works through commissioning and closeout, focusing on mission-critical sectors. An important company specialized in mission\-critical and high\-complexity construction projects is seeking a Senior Superintendent with a strong background leading large\-scale projects within sectors such as Data Centers, Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial, or specialized infrastructure. This position is intended for highly senior\-level professionals with proven experience managing complex construction projects from structural and civil works through MEP, commissioning, and project closeout. Location: El Marqués, Querétaro, Mexico Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (48\-hour workweek) Work Scheme: On\-site at the project location Contract Type: Project\-based contract with the possibility of transitioning to an indefinite\-term position Benefits: Mexican law benefits and Major Medical Insurance Key Responsibilities * Lead large\-scale and high\-complexity construction projects. * Oversee civil, CSA, MEP, commissioning, and project closeout activities. * Manage master schedules, logistics, and field execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. * Coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams, superintendents, and subcontractors. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineering teams. * Participate in construction strategy development, RFP responses, and Design\-Build processes. * Implement and supervise safety, quality, and productivity standards on\-site. * Lead progress, scheduling, and operational meetings. * Mentor and develop technical talent within the construction team. * Support pull planning initiatives and strategic project execution decisions. Required Profile * Minimum of 15 years of construction experience. * Proven experience leading complex large\-scale construction projects. * Strong understanding of base build and fit\-out construction. * Direct experience in mission\-critical projects, Data Centers, or specialized infrastructure is highly preferred. * Advanced knowledge of CSA, MEP, commissioning, and integrated construction processes. * Ability to lead multiple work fronts and teams simultaneously. * Strong leadership presence with excellent decision\-making skills in the field. * Ability to manage clients, contractors, and high\-level technical teams. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * Professional\-level English is highly desirable.
