Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to repair equipment in the plant, requiring constant attention and skills in problem analysis, equipment operation, and communication. Key Highlights: 1. Repairing and operating complex equipment across various plant areas. 2. Analyzing problems and operating maintenance equipment. 3. Positive attitude and initiative in performing tasks. * Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) for the area. * Understand work instructions ranging from simple to highly detailed, as well as diagrams, and possess the capability to set up and operate complex equipment. Must perform repairs across various plant areas according to work instructions in an orderly manner while complying with safety regulations. * Constant vigilance and concentration while performing any task. 1\. Education: * This position requires completion of secondary school or a technical degree. 2\. Skills and Abilities: * Ability to analyze problems occurring in the plant. * Ability to operate maintenance equipment, instruments, and test devices; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to understand work instructions and diagrams ranging from simple to highly detailed; and capability to set up and operate complex equipment. * Ability to operate mobile equipment. * Positive attitude and initiative in performing job responsibilities. 3\. Experience: * This position requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience, plus basic knowledge of plant equipment, its operation, and repair. Howmet Aerospace Inc.
