Position Summary: We are seeking a French instructor on a fee-for-service basis to deliver responsible, collaborative, and empathetic instruction in a Saturday course. Key Highlights: 1. Growth pathway (certification plan) The Technological University of Valle de Chalco, an educational institution within the Jesuit University System, through its Academic Directorate, hereby issues the following: **CALL FOR APPLICATIONS** To individuals interested in applying for a fee-for-service French instructor position, under the following terms: **BASIS** The instructor will be responsible for teaching French by applying appropriate pedagogical strategies in a responsible, collaborative, and empathetic manner with students and staff. **Core Responsibilities**: The instructor position is for a Saturday course running from 08:00 to 13:00 hrs., for which candidates must demonstrate the required competencies and skills. Applicants must meet the following profile: · Bachelor’s degree in French, Foreign Languages, or relevant certifications; degree holder with professional license. · Minimum two years of prior experience working with students and managing groups. · Preference given to candidates who have worked at public or private universities. · Work location is in the municipality of Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, State of Mexico; priority will be given to candidates residing within a one-hour commute to the university. · Commitment to professional development and openness to the Jesuit university work approach. **CANDIDATE EVALUATION PROCESS** **First Phase:** A preliminary selection of applicants based on evaluation of academic and professional curriculum vitae. Document submission. **Second Phase:** Competitive examination. Applicants selected in the first phase will be invited to participate in a series of in-person interviews. **Third Phase:** Final selection will be based on weighting of applicant merits as well as alignment between personal interests and the university’s vision and mission. **Notification of Results**. **Compensation and Benefits** Fee-for-service salary.
