We are hiring an **OPERATOR INSTRUCTOR** for tractor-trailers! Therefore, we are seeking an **Operational Instructor** with experience in fifth-wheel driving and operator training. Key responsibilities: * Deliver courses and training to operators in various formats. * Conduct driver performance evaluations. * Administer driving tests for: * New hires * Promotions * Post-accident assessments * Provide on-field mentoring to academic and active operators. * Identify areas for improvement in driving, safety, and operations. * Promote safe driving practices and road safety. Requirements: * Minimum age: 28 years. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a fifth-wheel operator. * Experience operating both single-unit and full combination vehicles. * Valid federal Class B or E driver's license. * Experience in training and group instruction. * Knowledge of road safety and defensive driving. * Willingness to travel (50% preferred). * Minimum education: Completed high school.
