As a **Training Coordinator**, you will have the opportunity to develop Abbott Nutrition’s growth strategy in Mexico within the Institutional Channel to double the business in four years, positioning Abbott as a pillar of Nutrition in the Mexican healthcare sector. You will lead the Channel team to drive inclusion of our products in the Institutional Channel in Mexico. **What You’ll Do** * Identify training programs for training managers and medical representatives. * Execute activities according to the global implementation plan and curriculum proposals adapted to Mexico-specific needs. * Partner with BHR and Learning and Development to develop and deliver management and leadership skills. * Develop learning maps and regional competency framework programs as part of the Train-the-Trainers program for DMs and Training Managers. * Provide periodic feedback/ongoing internal consulting to continuously improve key commercial initiatives and training solutions. * Monitor field implementation and compliance of programs by collaborating with sales managers, supervisors, and other stakeholders through regular meetings and dialogues. * Plan, organize, and facilitate training sessions across the region, as well as training materials as needed. * Conduct fieldwork with sales representatives to assess learning based on training delivered by supervisors, evaluate sales impact, and determine short-term action plans if required (coaching provided only to DMs, not to sales representatives). * Provide periodic feedback to Sales Managers and Supervisors regarding Consultative Selling and Training. * Train Trainers on skills and coaching/feedback to continuously improve key commercial initiatives and training solutions, determining short-term action plans with training programs—with special focus on DMs. **Key Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree. * Advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency with various tools relevant to training and/or development processes and presentations. * Experience delivering training to sales forces (pharmaceutical industry experience preferred). * Prior experience in sales force. * Must reside in Mexico City. * Willingness to work in the field. **Competencies:** * Creativity * Leadership * Communication * Teamwork **Apply Now** Follow your professional aspirations with Abbott to explore diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
