




Medical Informatics is looking for a Technical Support Coordinator. **REQUIRED PROFILE** · **Education:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or related field. · **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in technical support and at least 1 year in coordination roles. · **Technical skills:** o Hospital systems, clinical laboratory or ERP (desirable DSBB/Henrietta). o Incident management, technical documentation and performance metrics. · **Competencies:** leadership, assertive communication, planning, analysis, discipline and sense of urgency. **Availability:** Full time and occasional travel. **Main responsibilities:** 1\. Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the technical support team. 2\. Plan and control the schedule for implementations, incidents, and trainings. 3\. Ensure proper documentation in ERP, OneDrive and other corporate platforms. 4\. Generate weekly performance reports, metrics, and results for management. 5\. Review and validate requests for travel allowances, permissions, and support-related expenses. Promote continuous improvement and compliance with policies.
