**REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE**
* Completed bachelor's degree (Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field).
* Experience: 2 to 4 years **(VERIFIABLE)**.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
* Scheduling preventive maintenance for medical equipment.
* Assigning personnel to handle service reports from medical units.
* Scheduling training sessions for medical unit staff on the proper use of medical equipment, as required.
* Direct communication with medical equipment suppliers to validate warranties.
* Reviewing documentation of completed services.
* Reviewing and processing travel allowance requests and supporting documents.
* Reviewing incidents reported by supervised personnel.
* Obtaining quotations from suppliers to manage purchase orders for spare parts and supplies necessary to deliver services.
* Tracking the status of purchases and deliveries to customers.
* Preparing and issuing technical assessments for medical equipment when required.
* Remote handling of service reports.
* Coordinating training sessions with suppliers to support staff development.
* Managing databases for traceability.
* Developing procedures and templates for the service department.
* Adhering to the company’s current processes, procedures, training requirements, and policies.
* Complying with the Quality Management System guidelines.

Salary: $26,800.00 - $31,000.00 per month
