Retail Operations Coordinator

Description

**Purpose of the Position:** Ensure proper store operations to deliver excellent consumer service, supported by adherence to and execution of operational processes and standards, thereby strengthening our value proposition and consolidating our business model. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\.\-Ensure compliance with in-store operational standards based on established processes for correct store operation and guarantee customer satisfaction. 2\. Manage opportunities identified in stores through the respective departments and resolve them. 3\. Evaluate customer service experience using provided tools (Surveys/Forms, NPS, Call Center) to ensure optimal operational efficiency. 4\. Establish points of contact and agreements with representatives or managers at each store location, addressing and resolving every reported opportunity and submitting store visit reports. 5\. Ensure proper store functionality—from opening—according to established norms, policies, and standards to improve commercial and operational execution as well as sales growth (CCTV, IT, payment methods, Parlevel). 6\. Guarantee administrative control over merchandise and cash in the store, complying with control guidelines and standards to achieve results aligned with established targets. **Key Decisions for the Position** * Follow up on and address opportunities identified by stakeholders to ensure optimal operational efficiency. * Develop contingency plans to secure supply continuity. * Manage organizational talent to improve performance indicators. **Requirements:** Experience in distribution, retail stores, and operations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field (completed). Intermediate English Salary: $30,000.00 \- $40,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
