By joining us, you will have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment where we value innovation and professional growth. **Location**: Ocoyoapark Industrial Park **What Makes You a Great Candidate:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Preferred specialization in **MS Project, ERP, or project tracking software.** * Knowledge of textile processes and tender procedures * Personnel management **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the current status and phase of each project. * Track all commitments and agreements made with relevant departments. * Manage activity priorities for project analysts. * Planning and Control: Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects remain on track. * Reading and interpreting contracts, technical specifications, and official regulations. * Document control and generation of institutional deliverables. **Soft Skills:** * Planning * Administrative organization * Sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines * Discretion and information handling * Collaborative work **Benefits:** * Monthly salary: $25,000\.00 net * Working hours: Monday to Friday * Statutory benefits from day one * Indefinite-term employment contract * Variable quarterly performance bonus * Additional vacation days * Continuous training and professional development opportunities.
