Coordination of Online Educational Programs An online university located in Monterrey is seeking the following profile: PROGRAM COORDINATOR Purpose of the Position: To manage the operation of academic programs at Rochat—including undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education programs—ensuring course quality, faculty support, student assistance, and compliance with academic standards. Responsibilities: 1. Academic Management of Faculty - Verify faculty members’ compliance with academic and professional requirements. - Coordinate faculty evaluations and provide feedback. - Coordinate review and updating of content on the learning platform. 2. Course and Content Management - Ensure each course meets its full structural requirements. - Supervise deadlines, rubrics, and learning activities. - Monitor correct course operation within ITS Learning. - Supervise compliance with rubrics and evaluation timelines. 3. Grade Recording Oversight - Ensure timely and accurate grade recording. - Validate final grade entries within the established deadline. 4. Academic Monitoring of Students - Monitor student participation and performance. - Follow up with inactive or underperforming students. - Coordinate student retention initiatives. 5. Coordination with Admissions - Conduct academic interviews with candidates. - Assess and approve course equivalencies and credit transfers. 6. Academic Planning - Develop quarterly academic plans for graduate programs. - Validate group formation. - Assign faculty to courses. 7. Academic Support and Communication - Address academic inquiries. - Handle complaints or incidents. - Ensure institutional response time standards are met. - Serve as liaison among students, faculty, and Academic Management. 8. Accreditation and Quality Assurance - Collaborate in compiling evidence for accreditation. - Implement adjustments recommended by accrediting bodies. 9. Program Promotion - Promote Rochat’s programs to companies. - Respond to leads expressing interest in or questions about the programs. - Attend fairs, exhibitions, or congresses to support program promotion and/or presentation. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum two years of work experience in curriculum design; experience in the education sector preferred. * Mandatory business background with academic area experience. * Advanced English proficiency. * Intermediate Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
