Job Summary: As a Procurement Analyst at CBRE, you will be responsible for procuring services for clients, seeking the best quality at the best price through negotiations and contracts. Develop category-specific plans to provide visibility into spending for each managed subcategory. Achieve savings through regional procurement projects and align with regional compliance standards. Conduct negotiations and purchases based on facility management trends. **Execution of procurement activities including RFP, RFQ, CAPEX \& OPEX such as:** waste management services, cleaning, fumigation, floor maintenance, electrical and mechanical maintenance for offices, manufacturing plants, and critical facilities, HVAC maintenance, HVAC asset replacement, among others. Effectively manage risk and compliance with all suppliers in the portfolio: contract administration, tendering, liability insurance policies, and maintaining complete documentation prior to service execution or material purchase. Other duties may be assigned. **What We Require:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Business Relations, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, including at least 2 years in a coordination role involving tenders, contracts, etc. Experience in Facilities Management or similar industry.
