We are seeking a strategic and technical professional with experience in vertical housing and multifamily development projects, focused on planning, budgeting, and coordination prior to construction commencement. Position Objective To comprehensively coordinate the preconstruction phase of vertical housing projects, ensuring proper technical, financial, and operational planning for a successful project launch. Responsibilities * Coordinate preconstruction processes for vertical and multifamily projects. * Review architectural, structural, and engineering drawings. * Prepare and validate budgets, volumetric calculations, and itemized cost catalogs. * Track permits, licenses, and technical documentation. * Coordinate meetings with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments. * Participate in construction planning and scheduling. * Analyze costs and optimize resource utilization. * Identify risks and propose preventive solutions. * Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project guidelines. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in vertical housing projects. * Experience in preconstruction, budgeting, and construction planning. * Knowledge of construction processes and cost control. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and construction management software. * Excellent project organization and follow-up skills.
