Your mission will be to maintain orderly control over financial information, strengthen relationships with internal and external customers, and contribute to achieving the company's liquidity objectives. \*Responsibilities\* * Monitor assigned portfolio and ensure compliance with collection processes. * Analyze overdue balances, identify risks, and propose recovery actions. * Coordinate account reconciliations with customers and internal departments. * Prepare tracking reports, key performance indicators, and collection forecasts. * Manage communication with customers to resolve payment- and billing-related issues. * Collaborate with departments such as sales, credit, billing, and finance to ensure integrated management. * Identify opportunities for improvement in portfolio control and recovery processes. \*Requirements\* * High school diploma * Prior experience in portfolio management, collections, or accounts receivable. * Knowledge of billing, reconciliation, and payment tracking processes. * Proficiency in Excel * Ability to negotiate, follow up, and resolve customer issues. Valid driver's license * Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
