Responsible for the administrative and accounting department. **Specialized Knowledge:** Intermediate proficiency in Zoho Books. File organization in Google Drive. Planning, organization, direction, and control. Problem solving. Conflict management. Fluent spoken English required. **Professional Education:** Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration, Accounting, or Marketing. **Experience:** Minimum two years in similar, verifiable positions. **Language:** Minimum 70% proficiency in English. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Coordinate surgeries. Collaborate with surgical center staff and coordinated teams to assess and develop patient interventions. Record expenses and payment invoices in Zoho Books and maintain up-to-date expense flow. Manage the Before & After photographic archive in Google Drive, as well as upload approved cases to the LookBook platform. Provide support to the Marketing department. **SKILLS** Accuracy, organization, and strong sense of responsibility. Ability to handle confidential information. Clear communication and teamwork. Proactivity and attention to detail. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
