We are a construction project management company and are currently seeking talent for the position of ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COORDINATION Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Organizational Communication, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in training and organizational development. * Knowledge of designing training and organizational development processes. * Familiarity with training platforms, course design, and documentation required to fulfill training obligations. * Knowledge of career and life planning. * Experience in implementing team integration activities is desirable.
