




* Supervise the cafeteria’s daily operations. * Ensure **hygiene, food safety, and quality controls** (NOM-251). * Manage **inventory, waste, recipes, yields, and orders**. * Coordinate staff and ensure compliance with processes. * Monitor **equipment, fumigation, waste disposal, and maintenance**. * Prepare **basic Excel reports** (inventory, production, incidents). * **Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma** in food science, administration, or related field. * Minimum **2–3 years of experience in industrial cafeterias**. * Knowledge of **food hygiene and handling**. * **Functional Excel skills**: tables, filters, basic controls. * Organized, responsible, and proactive individual.
