Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to coordinate and strengthen quality assurance processes on-site, ensuring compliance with standards and promoting continuous improvement. Today, we are looking to add a **Quality Coordinator** to our team who will drive standardization, supervision, and improvement of construction processes. **Your Mission** You will be responsible for **coordinating and strengthening on-site quality assurance processes**, ensuring compliance with standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within projects. Your key responsibilities will include: * Ensuring the **regular presence of Quality Inspectors on-site**, verifying adherence to inspection activities. * Guaranteeing that **site visit reports** are issued after each inspection. * **Maintaining the quality findings matrix** and the **performance indicator tracking table** for the execution area and team up to date. * Analyzing field data to **identify opportunities for improvement in construction processes**. * **Proposing and implementing effective controls** to reinforce the organization’s quality assurance approach. * Collaborating with execution teams to **ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards**. **What We Are Looking For** * Degree in **Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering or related field**. * **More than 3 years of experience as a Quality Coordinator** on **building construction or industrial projects**. * Experience coordinating **on-site quality inspection teams**. * Knowledge of **quality control in construction processes, tracking of findings and indicators**. * Skills in **organization, leadership, analysis, and process improvement**. * Excellent **communication and operational follow-up capabilities**. **What We Offer** * **Competitive salary**, commensurate with experience. * **Statutory benefits**. * **Life insurance**. * Opportunity to participate in **high-impact projects in the construction sector**. * Professional development in a **technical and collaborative environment**.
