DESCRIPTION At GP CONSTRUCCIÓN, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Mechanical Installations Coordinator. As Mechanical Installations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the comprehensive supervision of engineering, design, budgeting, and execution of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems and Fire Protection Systems (FPS) in industrial construction and infrastructure projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * **System Design and Engineering:** * Coordinate and supervise the development of executive and detailed engineering projects for HVAC and fire protection systems. * **Budgeting and Cost Control:** * Prepare, review, and validate detailed budgets for the proper execution of mechanical systems, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracting. * **Project and Construction Management:** * Plan, organize, and supervise the on-site execution of mechanical installations, ensuring compliance with established schedules. * Coordinate technical staff, contractors, and subcontractors involved in mechanical installations. * **Communication and Coordination:** * Facilitate clear, effective, and continuous communication among all parties involved in the projects. **Job Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in similar positions, with a specific focus on coordinating mechanical installations, HVAC systems, and fire protection systems in construction projects. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects. * Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Civil Engineering, or related field (degree holder). * Currently residing in the State of Nuevo León.
