Job Summary: Maintenance Coordinator responsible for preventive and corrective tasks in facilities, equipment, and general services, ensuring their optimal operation. Key Highlights: 1. Manages suppliers and coordinates maintenance of corporate offices. 2. Controls costs and prepares dashboards for Facilities Management. 3. Supervises and monitors the performance of providers of additional services. **About the Role:** As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on facilities, building equipment, and general services, ensuring their optimal operation. RESPONSIBILITIES Coordination of maintenance for corporate offices Management of maintenance, security, courier, and cleaning service providers. Coordination of procurement of supplies Management of invoicing and cost control. Preparation of dashboards and analysis of indicators related to the Facilities Management area Supervise and monitor the appropriate performance of providers offering additional services Organize the timely and proper execution of all preventive and corrective maintenance activities at the site. Report measurement indicators related to the service. Project follow-up REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Engineering **English:** Advanced (spoken and written) **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience managing maintenance in corporate offices Knowledge of CAPEX, OPEX, budget management, and asset control Why CBRE?
