




Main Responsibilities Plan and coordinate internal logistics activities related to the movement of materials, equipment, or administrative personnel. Prepare and keep updated reports on movements, internal deliveries, and resource allocation. Support documentation of processes and administrative audits. Collaborate with the Human Resources department in managing resources assigned to staff (vehicles, equipment, uniforms, etc.). Coordinate communication between departments to ensure compliance with deadlines and procedures. Supervise the flow of information and documentation related to internal logistics. Support continuous improvement of resource control and administration processes. Requirements Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Human Resources, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles, logistic control, or coordination of internal processes. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and administrative management tools. Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills. Good communication skills, teamwork, and results-oriented mindset.
