




### **Job Objective:** Lead HR strategy and operations at the plant, ensuring proper personnel administration, accurate and timely payroll processing, effective management of labor and union relations, and implementation of initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment within a high-operational-demand setting. ### **Key Responsibilities:** **Payroll and Personnel Administration** * Ensure accurate and timely weekly/biweekly payroll processing for operational and administrative staff. * Supervise onboarding, offboarding, attendance incidents, employment contracts, vacation management, and organizational transfers. * Ensure compliance with labor and tax-related legal requirements. **Labor and Union Relations** * Maintain effective communication with the local union, negotiating agreements within the legal and contractual framework. * Manage labor disputes, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in accordance with applicable regulations. * Participate in collective bargaining agreements and salary review negotiations. **High-Volume Talent Acquisition and Retention** * Design and implement mass recruitment strategies to meet operational staffing needs. * Coordinate onboarding, initial training, and retention programs for plant personnel. * Monitor turnover, absenteeism, and workplace climate metrics. **Organizational Culture and Employee Development** * Implement organizational development, training, and employee wellness initiatives. * Support internal talent identification and succession planning. * Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, and productivity. **Metrics and Reporting** * Generate HR management reports (e.g., turnover, headcount, payroll, absenteeism). * Present results and initiatives to plant and corporate leadership.
