**Import and Export Coordination.** **Responsibilities:** Preparation of reports for clients and management. · Manage cargo consolidation and deconsolidation. · Supervise proper import and export documentation. · Resolve operational incidents. · Manage contracts and commercial agreements with logistics providers. · Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery times. · Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses. · Develop strategies to improve operational margins. · Lead, train, and motivate the freight forwarding team. · Implement training and continuing education programs in international logistics. · Assign tasks and monitor team performance. · Implement operational process improvements to optimize time and costs. · Ensure effective communication with clients regarding shipment status. · Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service. · Release of waybills and bills of lading · Transmission of waybills and bills of lading Profile: · Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade regulations. · Comprehensive knowledge of air, sea, land import and export operations and customs clearance. · Knowledge of international logistics. · Familiarity with maritime, air, and land freight rates. · Cost and profitability analysis. · Knowledge of IATA regulations.
