A company dedicated to construction is looking for a highly committed Institutional Maintenance Coordinator with extensive experience in institutional or building maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating work teams, supervising technical assessments, and monitoring the execution of these tasks in accordance with protocols and standards. Functions: * Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance work (drywall, durock, plumbing, metalwork, electrical, finishes, etc.) * Review of technical assessments * Preparation of unit prices and budgets * Technical advisory to work crews * Direct client interaction and follow-up on permits for activity execution * Payment tracking Requirements: * Academic background: Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. (Incomplete or completed degree) * Minimum 1\-2 year(s) of experience in institutional or building maintenance * Valid driver's license (Class A) Knowledge in: * Technical assessments and materials * Unit pricing * Construction processes * Personnel management Skills: Proactive, dynamic, leadership, organization, effective communication, and problem-solving. Availability: Willingness to travel within the central region of the country.
