Dynamic responsibilities requiring a sense of urgency A leading Mexican cleaning services company is seeking: IMSS Coordinator **Requirements**: Minimum 2 years’ experience in: - Employer registration enrollments, cancellations, and modifications - IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot requirements - Calculation of employer-employee contribution quotas - Follow-ups on ST-7 forms - Preparation of SUAS - Reconciliations and validations in SUA, IDSE, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT - Prior experience in outsourcing with staffs exceeding 1,000 employees **Responsibilities**: - Validation of staff records vs. SUAS, vs. EMAS, vs. EBAS - Sense of Urgency - Preparation of SUAS for various clients - Preparation of occupational risk premiums - IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot requirements - Follow-ups on medical leaves and workplace risks **We Offer**: - Tax-free monthly base salary - Statutory benefits effective from day one - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you meet the profile and are interested in this vacancy, apply now and join our team!
