**Experience** of 1 to 3 years as Human Capital Manager or in a similar position. Experience in talent acquisition processes, training, personnel administration, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file management. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. **Responsibilities:** * \* Implement policies and procedures issued by the CSC aimed at personnel development, labor relations, benefits, compensation, and performance management. * \* Recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel. * \* Manage the Plaza's personnel roster, keeping it up to date, knowing the number of available and pending vacancies, as well as the active staff count and staff separations, processing internal personnel movements such as promotions, lateral transfers, among others, to maintain control and order over the roster. * \* Personnel service \* Onboard new employees, including conducting orientation tours of the workplace to foster integration, and design and implement training programs and continuous improvement initiatives. * \* Process labor termination for employees leaving the Plaza. * \* Process and track personnel incidents (e.g., leaves of absence, vacations, medical leaves, etc.) using applicable forms and policies, reporting them to the payroll department for consideration. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm / Saturday: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
