Main Responsibilities * Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection of personnel, achieving faster vacancy fulfillment. * Design and monitor the onboarding process to ensure effective integration of new employees. * Promote talent development and training initiatives to enhance team performance. * Manage labor relations, employee separations, contract preparation, incident resolution, and internal communication. * Serve as the liaison between management and employees, fostering effective communication. * Implement initiatives to improve the work environment, organizational culture, and reduce turnover. Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Capital, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of recruitment and labor relations processes. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
