Installation Coordinator

Position Summary: We are seeking an Installation Coordinator with experience in comprehensive project management, on-site personnel supervision, and coordination with clients and suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive coordination of installation projects and on-site personnel. 2. Leadership in coordination meetings and technical meetings. 3. Management of resources, budgets, and resolution of on-site incidents. **Main Responsibilities** · Coordinate the **logistics of installation personnel**, including assignments, schedules, and on-site movements. · Prepare and monitor **installation-related budgets**. · Coordinate on-site execution with: o internal team o clients o suppliers o production logistics · Participate in and lead **on-site coordination meetings**, site surveys, and technical meetings. · Continuously track project progress until completion. · Prepare necessary **presentations, reports, and documentation** for meetings and project tracking. · Maintain constant communication with clients to address questions, changes, and on-site requirements. · Record and report to the administrative department the **movements, locations, and working hours of installation personnel**. · Ensure all **project handover documentation** is complete and accurate (forms, evidence, minutes, etc.). · Properly coordinate **suppliers involved in installation**. · Safeguard and optimize the company’s **financial, material, and human resources**. · Promptly resolve on-site incidents while maintaining cost control and client satisfaction. · Handle work-related phone calls **every day of the week**, as required by operational needs. · Have **availability to travel** for site surveys, supervision, or on-site support. **Position Requirements** **Education:** · Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** · Minimum 3 years in **on-site installation coordination** or construction projects. · Proven field experience in client and supplier interaction. **Technical Knowledge:** · On-site installation processes · Coordination of technical personnel · Reading of drawings and technical documentation · Budgeting and basic cost control · Construction processes · **Technical English for construction** (mandatory) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $4,000\.00 \- $4,500\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
