Position Summary: We are seeking an Engagement, Culture, and Internal Communications Coordinator to drive initiatives, communications, and events that strengthen the employee experience in Mexico. Dynamic and collaborative environment with exposure to projects Engagement Coordinator – Culture, Engagement, and Internal Communications **Gordian Staffing \| Guadalajara, Jalisco (Hybrid)** At Gordian Staffing, we continue to grow and are looking for someone who wants to help us strengthen our employees’ experience in Mexico. This role was created to drive engagement initiatives, internal communications, trainings, events, and organizational culture, working closely with HR and Marketing teams. We seek a creative, dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys creating positive experiences within a company in constant motion. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinate engagement activities and initiatives for employees. * Support internal communications and organizational culture strategies. * Collaborate closely with HR and Marketing on campaigns, events, and trainings. * Organize team-building activities, internal events, and in-person/virtual events. * Create internal content related to culture, recognition, and team activities. * Capture photos and videos at events, trainings, and internal activities. * Support employer branding and internal communications initiatives. * Coordinate logistics, tracking, and communications for internal programs. * Encourage employee participation in engagement initiatives and programs. * Maintain close communication with internal teams and stakeholders. We seek energetic, proactive individuals with strong interpersonal skills. * 1–3 years of experience in employee engagement, organizational culture, internal communications, employer branding, event coordination, or similar areas. * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Experience coordinating activities or projects across multiple teams. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Canva or other design/content creation tools. * Availability to attend events and undertake occasional travel.
