Position Summary: Digital sales coordinator responsible for structuring, optimizing, and growing online sales channels, ensuring operational control and continuous performance measurement. Key Highlights: 1. Design digital channel customer service and follow-up processes. 2. Supervise a small team and resolve operational bottlenecks. 3. Implement and manage Mercado Libre and other marketplaces. Structure, optimize, and grow the digital sales channel (WhatsApp, phone, marketplaces, and future channels), ensuring operational control, continuous measurement, and sustainable growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \* Design digital channel customer service and follow-up processes. **Monitor conversations daily and identify missed opportunities.** Implement performance indicators (KPIs). **Supervise Verónica and the operational assistant.** Ensure appropriate response times. **Resolve operational bottlenecks immediately.** Implement and manage Mercado Libre and other marketplaces. **Digital inventory control and pricing strategy.** Deliver weekly reports on sales, conversion rates, response times, and profitability. IDEAL PROFILE **3 to 7 years of experience in digital sales or commercial coordination.** Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). **Experience with marketplaces (Mercado Libre preferred).** Strong numerical analysis skills and KPI management capability. **Experience supervising a small team.** Structured thinking and results-oriented mindset. POSITION GOALS (FIRST 6 MONTHS) **Recover projected annual sales of 12–14 million MXN.** Launch a functional and profitable Mercado Libre operation. **Establish a weekly control dashboard.** Reduce operational errors by 50%. **Increase conversion rate by at least 10%.
