As a **Trainee Manager**, you will be the key player in managing branch success and boosting your team of executives’ performance. **What will you do with us?** * **Strategic Leadership:** You will manage and support your team of executives to ensure goal achievement in **Consumer and IMSS** products. * **Business Management:** You will administer office resources, ensuring excellence in service delivery under institutional regulations. * **Commercial Drive:** You will prospect strategic clients and ensure every credit file meets the highest quality standards. * **Talent Development:** You will train your team on implementing commercial strategies to improve prospect conversion. **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Economics or Administration-related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles (Senior Commercial Executive, Credit Supervisor, or Credit Coordinator). * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with financial indicators, banking products, and collections management. * **Skills:** Results-oriented mindset, team leadership, and strong negotiation ability. **Your Compensation Package:** * **Base Salary:** $14,223.00 MXN per month. * **"Domino 2026" Incentive Plan:** Earn attractive weekly and monthly commissions based on productivity and loan placement volume (reach higher commission tiers according to your performance!).
