Description

Position Summary: Ensure cost control and analysis for production at the leather finishing plant, including costs related to WB leather procurement and its transformation, to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of raw material and production costs. 2. Identification of variances and proposal of corrective actions. 3. Tracking of cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects. Objective: Ensure control and analysis of production costs at the leather finishing plant, including WB leather procurement costs and its transformation through the RTE process, providing reliable and timely information for operational and financial decision-making. Raw Material Cost Management. Analyze and track WB leather purchase costs, considering yield, losses, and quality. Validate prices, purchase terms, and variances against budgets and standards. Determine and update standard costs for the RTE process and leather finishing. Identify variances between actual and standard costs and propose corrective actions. Track cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects. Inventory Control. Analyze obsolete inventory, losses, and inventory adjustments.
