Description
Responsibilities:
* Monitor the internal audit plan
* Physical inventory counts for local and remote locations
* Issuance of audit reports
* Follow-up on findings until resolution, and development of policies or procedures based on those findings
* Internal process control for detection and mitigation of theft and/or fraud
* Scheduling and execution of cyclic inventories
* Validation of accounting, administrative, and operational processes to ensure compliance with internal policies
* Control and monitoring of monthly indicators (scrap, shrinkage, obsolete material)
* Audit of shipping documents
* Personnel management
***Requirements:***
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field; preferably over 2 years of experience in administrative audit processes, especially in construction projects; advanced Office skills; basic AutoCAD and Microsip software knowledge; willingness to travel; ability to drive standard and/or automatic vehicles (valid driver’s license required).
Service-oriented attitude, analytical, organized, proactive, incident management capability, and report handling proficiency.

* Construction progress monitoring: 1 year (Desirable)
* Audit process experience: 2 years (Mandatory)
