




Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and analytical Administrative Coordinator to manage administrative processes, billing, and customer follow-up in a logistics environment. Excellent service attitude and effective communication **ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR** (logistics industry) Required Profile * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative processes, billing, or collections. * Proficiency in management systems and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. * Excellent service attitude and effective communication. * PLUS: Experience in the logistics industry **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Occasional Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and send account statements according to each client's required layouts and deadlines. * Supervise the timely review and collection of physical documents to meet billing deadlines. * Measure KPIs to track progress in administrative processes. * Validate and authorize additional charges registered in the system prior to final billing. * Manage returns: verify credit application and update status in the system. * Register routes, rates, and services of independent providers in the system. * Follow up with Anchor Segment and Development Clients \- **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: $20,000 \- $30,000 * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) * Minor medical expense insurance upon signing a permanent contract * Life insurance upon signing a permanent contract * Job stability and professional work environment Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking Experience: * Logistics: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
