A heavy machinery company serving the construction and mining industries, offering various services, is seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor.** **Requirements:** * Academic background: Mechanical Engineering; Industrial Engineering; Mechatronics Engineering; Electronics Engineering; or a related field. * Intermediate English (preferred) * Two years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or manager. * Valid driver's license, passport, and visa (preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP and/or CRM systems. * Knowledge of standards and procedures for proper handling and/or treatment of materials, equipment, tools, and inventory management. * Knowledge of and experience handling toxic materials. **Responsibilities:** * Receiving and supervising incoming goods. * Organizing, classifying, storing, and recording incoming materials, equipment, tools, parts, and components. * Identifying materials, equipment, tools, parts, and components according to departmental guidelines and regulations. * Controlling outgoing inventory and dispatching materials, equipment, tools, parts, and components. * Packing, packaging, preparing, and shipping tools and equipment. * Verifying equipment in the system and requesting spare parts via work orders. * Managing preventive and corrective maintenance services performed on equipment and machinery. * Ensuring custody of all stored equipment and materials. * Providing machine part numbers and spare parts information to customers. * Participating in physical inventories and spare parts quotations. **Work Schedule and Location:** * Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM to 1 PM. * Col.
