Due to work expansion, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician specialized in industrial kitchens to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal and safe operation of all appliances. Responsibilities: * Diagnose and repair malfunctions in industrial kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, fryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.). * Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks. * Identify required spare parts. * Clean exhaust ducts and hoods. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Clean grease traps. * Replace containers of cleaning liquids. * Install and program dosing equipment. 100% field work; maintenance is performed at retail stores such as Bodega Aurrera, Walmart, and Sams Club.
