We are hiring a Shift Supervisor! **SHIFT SUPERVISOR – CUTTING AND PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT** **Position Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and lead a team of 6 employees, supervising operational activities to ensure adherence to production and shipping schedules while guaranteeing quality standards, workplace safety, and equipment maintenance through effective management of personnel, materials, and resources. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise cutting processes and HCI machinery operation * Ensure production and shipping targets are met * Coordinate operational staff and assign tasks * Monitor industrial quality and safety standards * Track preventive and corrective maintenance * Control and monitor inventory levels and performance indicators * Use and enter data into ERP system **Knowledge and Skills:** * Operation and control of cutting machinery (master, coils, and tapes) * Production planning and control * Industrial safety and good manufacturing practices * ERP system proficiency * Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and Word) * Leadership and supervision of operational staff **Working Hours:** **Bimonthly rotating shifts:** Morning shift: 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Afternoon shift: 2:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Night shift: 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. (Monday to Saturday. Night shift staff rest on Saturday and Sunday).
