MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN - INJECTION

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring achievement of production targets, equipment maintenance, quality, and safety in injection processes, as well as budgetary management of the area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure achievement of production targets and quality standards. 2. Responsible for tracking performance metrics of the work area. 3. Manage and ensure compliance with the area's budget. * Monitor safety measures according to area, activity, and organizational structure; comply with and enforce safety rules and procedures. * Ensure injection processes operate in accordance with company-established targets. * Ensure adherence to maintenance programs for both molds and injection equipment. * Verify availability of critical spare parts for both injection molds and injection machines. * Ensure team members meet quality, cost, and delivery time requirements in product manufacturing processes. * Ensure implementation and compliance with Process Control Plans for production lines. * Ensure implementation and compliance with standardized work procedures in the area. * Manage and ensure compliance with the budget. * Support budget compliance for Injection Process accounts. * Responsible for tracking performance metrics of the work area. * All employees are responsible for performing each operation in compliance with applicable legal requirements, environmental policy, and environmental procedures in their area. * Provide resources when required by the SAA.
