**Salary:** 12,000.00 (MXN) - 13,000.00 (MXN) net per month **Job Description:** **Position Objective:** Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the company's facilities, equipment, and general services, ensuring their proper operation, availability, and safety. Guarantee uninterrupted operations while maintaining quality standards, organization, and industrial safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and execute **preventive and corrective maintenance** programs for facilities, machinery, and equipment. * Perform and supervise **welding, plumbing, electrical work, etc.,** according to area needs. * Ensure the **continuous operation of general services** (water, electricity, compressed air, restrooms, drainage, etc.). * Detect, report, and promptly correct **failures or unsafe conditions** in the facilities. * Maintain **logbook records, maintenance reports, and material consumption tracking**. * Assist in the installation or relocation of equipment, infrastructure modifications, or area expansions. * Ensure compliance with **industrial safety and environmental regulations** during all work activities. * Collaborate with other departments (Production, Quality, Safety, Human Resources) to resolve incidents and maintain optimal operating conditions. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related field (preferred incomplete or completed degree). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 to 5 years in general industrial or building maintenance, with proven experience in personnel leadership. * **Technical Skills:** * Industrial electricity. * Welding (electric, oxy-acetylene, or MIG). * Plumbing and sanitary installations. * Maintenance of compressors, pumps, electric motors, and hydraulic systems. * Industrial safety standards.
